Trauma release can be a process depending on the depth and amount that we are holding. On the other hand when we are ready to release it, it can happen quite quickly! In one session there can be huge realization and release of trauma. This happens by identifying it and connecting the breath with the emotional experience and changing the how the neural-pathways fire in response to the trauma or stress response. *Ive had multiple patients tell me that I arrived at/helped them release a trauma or issue in one session where they had been seeing a therapist about it for years. This is highly dependent on the person. Their willingness and capacity to dive in as well as how much the nervous system can handle.) We always honor the individual's pace/needs.
Nutrition response helps identify the specific needs, deficits and immune response from the perspective of one's own body wisdom. This information is accessed by communicating directly with the nervous system to determine priority and capacity of the organs, glands and tissues. We also dive in and explore immune response and what other patterns may be creating blockages etc. It is an in depth and very detailed look at YOUR nutritional needs and the most effective way to address them.
Health Insurance companies are very restrictive in the kinds of health-care that they will cover. In order to serve people with the highest integrity for their unique experiences, the Radiant Awakening Clinic does not partner with insurance companies. However, some patients may file individually with thier insurance company for particular services that may be covered...depending on their particular plan. Others use their HSA accounts to receive care.
The sessions vary depending on one's needs (or what program you have signed up for). Some sessions are more active and require more engagement while others can be more passive during any session you are being guided and coached. How we approach your needs for guidance or coaching can depend on your energy levels, specific needs, preferences for how you wish to receive during the particular session (there are many routes to the same destination) ultimately, honoring your highest good/need.
There are many instances where we can work together to create a custom payment plan for your healing container...one that honors both of us, and facilitates the beautiful work of growth and wholeness to bloom.
